I started my career working 8 years at the Red Bull International Headquarters, working with top athletes and producing huge events and advertising campaigns. Then I founded my own company. An 8 million € indoor surf arena with 120 employees in Berlin. Then burnout. Then consulting. Interim Executive Management. And then a complete rebuild once I understood exactly how I want to live and work.
